Over a year and a half of work went into the USGBC HQ space, and with many awards won and the bar set high for sustainability features, it is important for USGBC to showcase what went into this project and why it’s important. Our HQ space can serve as a template for future office projects and influence the landscape as other existing buildings look for ways to certify and adapt in the current market. This video will create our first tour program in our new space and maintain our triple certification status. Without a tour program and a record of how many tours we deliver annually, we cannot maintain our triple certification status. We need a way to showcase our strategic demolition, materials we reused, and how we were able to achieve triple certification in our existing office space.
This project included script writing, partnering with a film and photography crew, onsite art direction, and creative direction for a 10 minute video.
